Admission Policy Change: International Students & Early Action
Dear ECs,
I am writing to you with some exciting news regarding a change in the admissions process for the forthcoming admissions cycle. As you konw, in the past international citizens could not apply to MIT during the Early Action admissions round; international students could only apply for the Regular Action round.
Beginning with this coming admissions cycle, the restriction on international students applying early will end. All students, regradless of citizenship or location, will be able to apply for either admissions round, EA or RA.
